4. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery Time:
Outbee provides fast and reliable delivery across India. Delivery timelines vary based on your location and the availability of the products. You will receive an estimated delivery date at checkout.

Shipping Costs:
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order. For normal delivery, shipping is free. However, there is an additional fee for standard delivery.

Tracking Orders:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information to monitor the status of your delivery.

5. Returns & Refunds

Returns Policy:
We offer a 7-day return policy for eligible items from the date of delivery. To initiate a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition with tags attached.

• You must notify us within 7 days from delivery to qualify for a return.

Video Requirement for Damaged Products:
In the case of damaged products, a video of the unboxing is required to process your return. The video must clearly show the damage upon opening the package.

Non-returnable Items:
Certain products, such as opened electronics, hygiene products, or items that fall under "non-returnable" categories, are not eligible for returns.

Refunds:
Once the returned product is received and inspected, a refund will be processed to your original payment method. Refunds typically take 7-10 business days to be reflected in your account.
